It's always better when we do it together.

These 60 minute sessions are perfect for weaving a bit of somatic regulation and community into your life. You can explore something from the library, work on your livelihood or purpose-driven endeavors, nap, clean your house, cook a meal, etc.

What it looks like:

  • We begin each session with a Somatic Regulation Practice (think nervous system regulation) and intention setting.

  • Then we move into our work period. Some people like to turn off their video and audio. Others, like to keep their camera on for Virtual body doubling. We’ll have a break-out room for each and can choose what works best for you.

  • Finally, we’ll end with celebration and spontaneous movement.

 
 

Meet Betsy Forsyth

Betsy is a Mastery Method Coach and Health Coach trained in a variety of somatic and nervous system regulation modalities. After years of living with constant stress and trying to push through anxiety, she learned how deeply nervous system overwhelm can affect health, energy, and presence. Her work now focuses on helping women, especially in midlife, reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and create a calmer, more grounded way of living.
